With a deep understanding of the sacrifices made by those in uniform and their families, I am passionate about supporting the military community. Having served in the Army Reserves and being a Navy spouse myself, I understand the unique challenges of navigating both civilian and military worlds. I am here to help you through feelings of isolation, hopelessness, grief, and loss. I am also able to support family reintegration once the spouse returns from military obligations.
